(water tank size: 4700*2100*750mm) 配有不鏽鋼水槽（cáo），內裝有循（xún）環用水過濾網，利用高壓水泵，采用衝浪（làng）浴（yù）原理來清（qīng）洗水果（guǒ），並保證果品清潔及順序上升（水槽（cáo）：4700*2100*750mm                                          d. After washing in the stainless steel water tank, the fruits will be elevated to the straight selection platform, and the plastic roll will move forward and rotate, which will make it easier for the inferior fruits to be selected out.  (fruit elevator: 3700 * 1150 * 1150mm) 果品經水槽清洗後，提升至平麵分檢（jiǎn）台，采（cǎi）用塑料滾筒前（qián）進同時並自轉，並噴淋水果表麵，有（yǒu）利於果品殘次（cì）品的挑檢。 （提升果：3700 * 1150 * 1150mm）

B. Rinsing and waxing part 衝淋打蠟部分

a. Power: 0.75kw, infinite speed regulating reducer. 功率：0.75kw, 無極調速減速機

b. Size: 5300X1150X1800mm 尺寸：5300X1150X1800mm

c. Structure: brush, rinsing outlet, timer, wax spraying outlet. 結構：毛刷，噴頭，計（jì）時器，噴蠟嘴                                          d. The rotating brushes are used to clean the fruit after washing, and rinsing will be done at the sixth brush to clean out the attached materials. 利用毛刷自轉二次清潔果品表麵並噴淋衝洗，在毛刷第六支處噴（pēn）淋（lín），清除附著物

e. During the conveying process, the brushes will clean out the water on the fruit, and they are also used to brighten the fruit. Four cooling fans are installed in the middle of the brushes for drying the fruits。前進過程中利用毛刷瀝幹果品表麵水分，同時利用毛刷上光；在毛刷中部裝有4 軸流風機，強製風幹。

f. During the second half of conveyance, timer is used to control electromagnetic wax spraying outlet, where edible wax is sprayed. The interval time and wax spraying time can be set freely. After spraying, the rotated brushes will make the wax sprayed homogeneously spread on the fruit. 進入後半部分采（cǎi）用定時器控製電磁噴（pēn）蠟嘴，噴塗食用臘。此裝（zhuāng）置間隔時間及噴蠟（là）

間完（wán）全可以自由設定，噴塗後利用毛刷自轉，將臘液塗均。

C. Heating and drying part 加熱烘幹部分

   a. Power: 0.75KW, infinite speed regulating reducer. 功率：0.75KW，無極調速減（jiǎn）速機

b. Size: 5000*1550*1950mm 尺寸：5000*1550*1950mm

c. Heated by natural gas burner and intelligent temperature controller is installed. The temperature control can be set to be automatic and manually edited.利用天（tiān）然氣燃燒機加熱，並配有智能（néng）型溫控儀，溫度設定自動控溫，可自由設（shè）定。

d. The temperature in the drying tunnel is from low to high. And the wind in the tunnel is circularly blown. Centrifugal blower is employed to make the inside air to be convected. 烘道溫度先低後高，采用閉式內循環，並配有離心風機，使熱空氣（qì）實現內部對流（liú）。

e. Place the waxed fruit in the drying box, and let the surface water evaporated. The drying process could improve the brightness of the fruit. 將塗臘後的果品送入烘幹（gàn）箱內，蒸發掉表麵水，並提高果品光亮度

D. Automatic loader for grading machine 選果機的自動上果部分

   a. Power: 1.1KW, frequency converter controls speed regulation. 功率：1.1KW，無極調速減速機
